Affleck Knocked Out

Level 25 : Blinds 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante
Matt Affleck
Matt Affleck

Anze Smajd put his final 310,000 chips into the pot with an all-in, and Matt Affleck went all in over the top. Luis Faria, who had the most chips of the three, made the call.

Anze Smajd: AAAll in
Matt Affleck: AQAll in
Luis Faria: 1010

Affleck was in jeopardy, needing to at least beat Faria in a race for the side pot to stay alive. The runout of 596J2 didn't help him, as the pocket pairs held. Smajd tripled up and Faria got twice his investment back from the side pot.
