After the flop of 4♥7♦5♥, Mao hit a set with the 8♦ turn. The Q♦ completed the board and he secured a double-up while Michael Wang was eliminated.
After some raise and three-bet action, Naor Slobodskoy moved all in, and Michael Wang found himself with nearly his entire stack already committed, holding onto just around 60,000 behind. With the pay jump in sight, Wang took a moment before deciding to call, and the cards were turned up.

Aleksandr Shevlyakov raised to 50,000 from under the gun and Qing Liu defended from the big blind. The flop came K♠10♥9♣ and both players checked to the 8♠ on the turn.
Liu checked again and Shevlyakov pushed out a bet of 100,000. Liu called and the K♣ paired the board on the river. Liu checked one more time and Shevlyakov shoved all in for 305,000. Liu quickly mucked his cards and Shevlyakov pulled in the pot.
Srikanth Yadlapati opened the action from under the gun with a raise to 60,000. When it folded around to Rafael Moraes in the big blind, he moved all in for his remaining 420,000. Yadlapati didn’t waste a second before making the call.

Moraes needed his jacks to hold to keep his tournament hopes alive. The board ran out 2♥5♦Q♦10♠7♣, clean and safe for the pair of jacks, giving Moraes the full double.
Jake Schwartz opened to 50,000 from under the gun. Naor Slobodskoy three-bet to 140,000 from the button, Edward Pak in the small blind called and Schwartz folded.
Both Oak and Slobodskoy checked the 7♥Q♠8♦ flop leading to the 7♦ turn that Pak checked again. Slobodskoy bet 235,000 and Pak made the call.
On the 9♥ river, Pak checked. Slobodskoy decided to check back but ran into Pak's full house with 8♥8♣.
