Delatorre Stuffs It, Casano Gets it in Good

Level 3 : Blinds 200/300, 300 ante

Badih Bounahra raised to 1,100 and William Casano responded with a raise to 3,200.

Daniel Delatorre went ahead and pushed all his chips in the middle, Bounahra folded and Casano called.

William Casano: AA All in
Daniel Delatorre: 1010

The flop got Delatorre's heart rate up as it scrolled across Q102, clapping his hand in excitement. Casano quietly looked on as the Q and 2 completed the board.

Casano left the tournament area but may have a reentry available to him if he cares to join the battle again.

Level 3 : Blinds 200/300, 300 ante
Ron Fetsch
Ron Fetsch

Ron Fetsch made the final table of the 2023 $1,000 Seniors No-Limit Hold'em, finishing in eighth place ($95,040).

Two years later and against all odds, Fetsch made the final table again in the very same tournament this summer at the World Series of Poker. Even more surprising, he finished in eighth place again ($85,872)

Perhaps it's time for Fetsch to fetch a deep run in the Super Seniors.

Barny Boatman was seen entering the tournament area and when he took his seat, the table's conversation immediately spiked.

Kenna James asked Boatman if he was on his second entry.

"I've got a second bullet in the chamber but I'm not sure why you need to know?" was Boatman's response to the table chip leader.

A Look at Greenstein's Summer

Level 2 : Blinds 100/200, 200 ante
Barry Greenstein
Barry Greenstein

The Robin Hood of Poker, Barry Greenstein, quietly shows up to the World Series of Poker each year, playing whichever events tickle his fancy. He often choses mixed games or large field no-limit hold'em events, avoiding the small fields of the higher stakes.

Playing an old school game that has been gaining popularity, Greenstein found a cash in the $1,500 No-Limit 2-7 Single Draw, placing 47th in a field of 532 ($3,397).

Big O is a game that has roots in classic Omaha Hi-Lo but with an extra card and betting that's pot limit so it's proved to be a progressively more common game in the modern era. Greenstein had a deep run in the $1,500 Big O and he was even seated to the left of former high stakes personality, Sam Farha. Greenstein went on to get 47th in that event ($6,941).

Greenstein also picked up two cashes in no-limit hold'em and he'll be looking to make it a third in the $1,000 Super Seniors.

Level 1 : Blinds 100/100, 100 ante
Sean Jazayeri
Sean Jazayeri

Defending Super Seniors champion, Sean Jazayeri, wasted no time in joining the fray — hopping in right at Level 1.

With over $2,000,000 in total reported live earnings, Jazayeri is no stranger to deep runs with plenty of stamina.

In 2024, Jazayeri conquered a field of 3,362 for an impressive $368,025, defeating Yucel Eminoglu in heads up play.

Only time will tell if 2025's field size will surpass last year's.
