Chris Klodnicki Bubbles 2025 $50K Poker Players Championship

Level 18
Chris Klodnicki
Chris Klodnicki

Chris Klodnicki, with 110,000, raised to 85,000 from under the gun. The action folded to chip leader Andrew Yeh, who three-bet to 200,000 from the cutoff. The button and blinds folded and Klodnicki called for his tournament life.

Chris Klodnicki: KJJ8 All in
Andrew Yeh: Q977

Klodnicki was narrowly ahead and remained so after the 665 flop, which gave Yeh a gutshot straight-flush draw.

Disaster struck for Klodnicki on the A turn as Yeh improved to a flush. However, Klodnicki would remain alive on a jack or a six river.

The dealer turned over the 3 river, which confirmed Klodnicki as the last player to leave empty-handed.

"Razz, the killer," Bryn Kenney said as Hellmuth made his exit three spots off the money.

Johnson KOs Yoon and Takes a Big Pot from Vitch

Level 15
Marco Johnson
Marco Johnson

Seven Card Stud

Marco Johnson: 77/10824/8
Christopher Vitch: K10/965Q/6
Brian Yoon: KQ/K92J/A

Brian Yoon was left with just one red 5,000 chip from the previous hand, and was forced all-in from posting the ante. Christopher Vitch completed, Marco Johnson raised, Vitch made it three bets and Johnson called.

Vitch bet fourth through seventh street with Johnson calling him down the whole way.

"You're good" Vitch told Johnson after being called on seventh street, showing just a pair of sixes and missed flush and straight draws. Johnson showed two pair, sevens and eights.

Yoon had not yet peeled his seventh card and had plenty of outs to either a straight, trips or a better two pair. He instead got the ace of spades for a brick and was sent to the rail while Johnson picked up a healthy pot.

Monnette shot Yeh an angry look after finding out his pocket pair was dominated by Yeh's jacks. The board ran out 934K6 and "Angry John" was sent to the rail, but not before accusing Yeh of slowrolling him.
