The 4♣6♠10♣ flop saw Hagberg check-call Liu's 30,000 bet.

The A♣ was turned and Hagberg checked. Liu bet 50,000 and Hagberg made another call.

Both checked to showdown on the 3♥ river.

Hagberg showed 8♣6♣ to take the pot with the club flush, beating Liu's pair of tens with K♣10♠.

Esther Taylor has made history by becoming the second-ever woman to cash the $50,000 Poker Players Championship, after making the final table of one of the summer's showpiece events.

The American, who has over $2.3 million in total live earnings, joins trailblazer Melissa Burr as the second female player to cash the event, eleven years on from Burr's 7th-place finish in 2014 for $165,435.
