Nobody is Having a Better Time than Matusow

Level 10 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante
Mike Matusow
Mike Matusow

There was some loud laughter coming from the corner of the room but it was all from the same person, Mike Matusow. Rolling around in laughter, Matusow was having the time of his life while the other seven players were either miserable, annoyed, or trying to focus on some poker.

"Have you ever laughed so hard, that you just can't stop laughing?" Matusow asked. "I don't even know why I'm laughing. I think it's because I'm in this shitty place. I don't know why I keep torturing myself."

There was also a hand taking place where three players went to a flop of 1083. The action was checked to Jonathan Depa who bet 7,000 on the button. Charles Sylvestre called from the big blind and Ruslan Nazarenko came along as well.

The turn brought the 6 and it checked to Depa again who pushed all in for 38,000. Sylvestre folded and Nazarenko's cards quickly followed into the muck.

Another laughing fit broke out from Matusow at the end of the hand. "Nobody is having a better time than me, with less chips."

Robins' Aces Are Good on the River

Level 10 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

R Robins limped from under the gun before Dennis Weiss raised to 9,000 from the cutoff. Only Robins called.

The dealer fanned out a flop of 746 and both players checked to see the J appear on the turn. Robins led out for 12,000, which Weiss called.

Two more checks came after the 5 river. Robins revealed aces with AA33, which was enough to take down the pot.

Richardson also bet the 3 river when checked to, making it 40,000 to go. This time, no call followed and Richardson claimed the pot.
