Heads-up to a flop of QK4. Alain Stia checked from the big blind and Michael Rocco checked behind from the button.

Stia led out for 23,000 when the 9 arrived on the turn. Rocco made the call.

The 10 hit the river and Stia bet again, this time for 36,000. Rocco took a few moments before calling again.

Stia revealed the best hand with KK53 for a set of kings, as Rocco turned over KxQx for top two pair.

Funke Chipping Up

Action folded to Nicolas Milgrom in the hijack, who raised to 15,000. Next to act, Jason Funke, three-bet to 54,000 and only Milgrom called.

Milgrom opted to check the 2A10 flop and folded when Funke moved all in for 80,000.

Funke pulled the pot in, chipping up without the requirement of a showdown.

Salva Flips Over the Bluff

Gautam Savla made it 15,000 from the cutoff and Frank Brannan called from the button.

Savla check-called a bet of 25,000 from Brannan on the Q75 flop.

The turn came the A and Savla led out for 30,000. Brannan called.

Upon seeing the 5 hit the river, Savla bet 70,000. Brannan spent quite some time in the tank before eventually folding.

Savla turned over QJ103 for just a pair of queens as the pot was pushed to him.

Navkiran Singh raised it up to 14,000 in the hijack and Youness Barakat came along out of the big blind to check the K87 flop. Singh continued for 16,000 and Barakat check-called for 16,000 to then do the same on the K turn for 30,000.

Both players opted to check the 3 on the river and Barakat's J10108 for the flush earned the pot, while Singh tossed his cards into the muck with visible frustration.

Burns Gets a Full Double

Level 15 : Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

Three players headed to a flop of 876 in a limped pot and the action checked around to the 3 on the turn. In what appeared to be an innocent-looking hand, quickly turned violent for two of the players. Kahle Burns and Artem Babakhanian each stuck in 55,000 apiece on the turn, leaving Burns with just 3,000 chips.

The A completed the board and Burns checked to Babakhanian who slid out a bet. Burns called off his last 3,000 chips and Babakhanian turned over AQx95x for a nine-high straight. Burns showed the nuts with K1098 and got a full double up.

Lior Abudi raised to 26,000 from the hijack, small blind Donald Maloney called, and the big blind came along too.

Maloney led out for 10,000 on the K92 flop, which got rid of the big blind player. Abudi only had 10,000 left and made the call, putting himself at risk.

The runout offered no help for Abudi, who took his leave as his chips were moved across to Maloney.

Steinberg Shows the Goods

Jarryd Godena opened to 15,000 in middle position and was called by Mark Steinberg on the button and Kyle Ho in the small blind. The flop fell 762 and Ho led out with a bet of 35,000. Both Godena and Steinberg flicked in calls.

The turn was the K and the action checked around to the 7 on the river. It checked to Steinberg again who splashed in a bet of 78,000. Ho quickly folded and Godena's cards went into the muck as well. Steinberg showed his pocket kings for a full house as he raked in the pot.
