Marks Rivers a Full House and Checks

Level 10 : Blinds 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante

With around 7,000 chips in the pot on a flop of 495, Ryan Marks led out for 3,000 from early position. Mrityunjay Jha, also in early position, raised to 9,500. Marks responded with a three-bet to 19,000, and Jha made the call.

On the 4 turn, Marks continued for 16,500 and Jha called once more. Both players checked the Q river.

Marks tabled 55 for a full house, and Jha mucked his hand.

Pilot Flies with Kings

Level 10 : Blinds 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante

With action passed to him heads-up, Theodore Horrocks fired 3,000 on a flop of 749 and with a pot of around 10,000. Shawn Pilot, in the big blind, called to see the next street.

Pilot checked the turn 2. Horrocks shot another 8,000 and got an all-in reply from Pilot. Horrocks snap-called prompting them to table their hands.

Shawn Pilot: KK All in
Theodore Horrocks: 88

The river Q didn't help Horrocks cementing Pilot's double up.

Ace High Wins it for Michishima

Level 10 : Blinds 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante

Joseph Michishima opened the hand with a raise to 3,000 from the hijack. Brian Wardrup came along with a call from the small blind.

The 4JJ fanned out on the flop, which led to checks from both Wardrup and Michishima.

Doublon Fails to Double

Level 10 : Blinds 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante

Action was picked up with William Kerkaert calling the open shove of Dominik Doublon, to his right, and with action folded around, the two players went to showdown.

Dominik Doublon: 88 All in
William Kerkaert: AQ

It was a coin flip which Doublon immediately lost on the flop of KQ6. The turn A further improved Kerkaert's hand to a two pair, which visibly disheartened Doublon. The board was completed with a 4 river. Doublon left the table disappointed as Kerkaert scooped the pot.

Campagnoli Turns on Chun

Level 10 : Blinds 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante

Luca Campagnoli was heads-up in the small blind against Wilbert Chun in the big blind.

The players were already on the turn with the board reading 3AQ10.

Players got their chips all in on the turn, with Wilbert Chun at risk of elimination for his remaining ~18,000.

Wilbert Chun: A3All in
Luca Campagnoli: KJ

Chun had flopped two pair, but it was no match for Campagnoli's straight which he made on the turn.

Set of Ducks for Fan

Level 10 : Blinds 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante

Scott Mikesell began the action with a raise from the button to 5,000 after the table folded to him. Michael Fan chose to play for more and jammed for 20,500. Mikesell took some time to ponder his decision before he eventually committed to a call to put Fan at risk for his tournament life.

Michael Fan: 22All in
Scott Mikesell: QJ

Fan held a slim lead, but he needed his ducks to hold to stay alive. The flop was a favorable one as it came 365 to give Fan a straight draw as well as his pair.

The 8 turn was good for Fan, and he upgraded to a set of deuces when the 2 rolled off on the river.

Jamison Casper: A8

He held on the 7757K runout.

The pair saw the 276 flop and Kanitkar moved all in for his remaining ~20,000 stack. Henager snap called.

Ashutosh Kanitkar: 1010All in
Thomas Henager: KK

Kanitkar had run into pocket kings and he bricked out on the turn and river.
