Guerra Wins a Limped Pot; Haxton Chipping Up

After Isaac Haxton had picked a few pots in a row, Lautaro Guerra called from the small blind, and Haxton checked his option from the big blind.

Both players were happy to check a runout of 2♠2♥2♦5♦5♥ all the way to the river. Lautaro Guerra showed A♣K♣8♣3♠ to take down the pot with ace-king, as Haxton mucked K♠Q♠J♥6♦.

On the Q♣ turn, Haxton checked and Morris bet 5,000,000 to force out the chip leader.

With K♦9♦7♥3♠, Isaac Haxton raised to 1,100,000 from the button, and Shaun Deeb three-bet to 3,700,000 from the small blind with A♠K♠J♥J♣. Haxton slid in the call.

The dealer spread out a flop of Q♠10♥Q♦ and Deeb started with a check. Haxton checked behind, and the 3♣ fell on the turn. Another two checks followed, and the Q♣ came on the river. Deeb led out for 1,700,000, which was enough to get Haxton to fold.

Both players checked the 6♣ river, and Morris took down the pot with A♥9♥7♣5♣ for two pair aces and sevens. Guerra mucked A♦K♣9♦3♠.

Ivey needed to crack Haxton's aces to keep his hopes of a twelfth bracelet alive. The dealer spread out the flop of A♣7♥10♦ to give Haxton top set. The 4♣ cemented Ivey's elimination in fifth, as the 9♥ came on the river. Ivey headed to the rail, and the pot was pushed to Haxton.
