Isaac Haxton raised the pot to 1,050,000 and Shaun Deeb called on the button. On the J♥5♠4♠ flop, Haxton opted to check and then call a bet of 1,200,000 before the J♣ turn went check, check. After the 6♣ river, Haxton bet 1,500,000 and Deeb used one time bank before bumping it up to 6,700,000 with 3,200,000 behind.
No call followed and Deeb won the pot to nearly close the gap at the top of the leaderboard.
Alex Foxen made it 1,050,000 from under the gun with Isaac Haxton calling on the button, and Shaun Deeb calling out of the small blind.
The flop of 5♠6♥9♣ was checked to Haxton, who bet 950,000. Deeb check-raised to 4,100,000, and Foxen folded. Haxton jammed to put Deeb all in, and Deeb quickly called.
Shaun Deeb: A♠J♣8♠7♣
Isaac Haxton: Q♣10♦8♣7♦
Both players flopped the nut straight, but Haxton had a redraw to a higher straight if he could spike a seven or eight on the turn. The rest of the board ran out 9♦J♥, which meant they chopped the pot.
Isaac Haxton limped in and the same applied for Shaun Deeb on the button, Phil Ivey in the small blind and Alex Foxen in the big blind then checked to the J♦5♠3♠ flop. All players checked through and Haxton bet the 10♦ turn for 1,000,000 to force folds all around.
Haxton then potted to 1,050,000 from under the gun and Arthur Morris called in the next seat after using one time bank. On the 9♥8♣4♥ flop, Haxton bet 1,750,000 to get called and then announced pot on the 5♦ turn, sliding forward three towers of T-100,000 chips.
The pot was counted and the pot-sized bet was worth 6,350,000, hence Haxton added the few chips on top. Morris went into the tank and used one time bank before folding.
Lautaro Guerra raised the pot out of turn from the cutoff, and after the floor staff came over, it was deemed to stand if Alex Foxen called or folded. Foxen chose to limp from the hijack, which meant Guerra's raise stood at 1,350,000. When it folded back to Foxen, he potted it back to 4,500,000. Guerra didn't take long to fold, and Foxen won the pot.
Lautaro Guerra limped the button before Isaac Haxton raised to 1,200,000 from the small blind. After the big blind folded, Guerra called.
Haxton and Guerra checked to the river on a runout of J♣5♦2♠8♠J♦ before Haxton bet 1,000,000. Guerra called and was shown A♣10♦10♠7♣ by Haxton for a pair of tens. Guerra had that beat with K♠K♥7♥3♠ for a pair of kings, allowing him to earn the pot.
Lautaro Guerra raised the pot for the second time in a row after he had raise-folded to a three-bet by Isaac Haxton and then won the blinds back.
Haxton limped the hijack and Shaun Deeb did so on the button, Alex Foxen checked from the big blind. While the Q♦10♣6♥ flop appeared, Martin Kabrhel appeared on the rail and inquired "Shaun, can you do me a favour and bust seat three?" [which happens to be Foxen].
The three players checked down the Q♥ turn and 7♠ river, after which Foxen won the pot with the Q♠4♣2♣2♦ with trip queens.
"He is a calling station," Kabrhel added and Deeb replied "yeah, I found that out in hand number two today" before adding "but I didn't bluff this time".
Kabrhel then went to take his seat as the $10,000 Eight Game Mixed Championship resumed.
Deeb opened to 600,000 and Lautaro Guerra called in the big blind. They checked down the K♠10♣4♠7♠10♥ board and Guerra won the pot with the Q♣Q♥10♦2♦ for trip tens.
Alex Foxen limped the button, and Lautaro Guerra raised to 1,000,000 from the small blind. Isaac Haxton called out of the big blind, and Foxen also called.
Three players saw the dealer spread a flop of 7♦6♥8♥. Guerra checked, Haxton bet 800,000, and only Foxen called.
Heads-up now to the 2♥ turn that checked through. Two more checks followed the 4♣ river, and Foxen won the pot with J♦9♣8♣7♥ with top two pair.
