Francois Billard raised from under the gun to 1,400, which the small blind, Michael Thach, called. Joseph Bishop wanted to play for more, though, and put in a three-bet to 4,500. Both his opponents called, and the three went to a flop.
Bishop fired out another 10,000 on the 7♠4♣8♥ flop, and only Thach made the call.
Thach checked for a second time on the 8♦ turn, and Bishop immediately put another bet into the middle, this time for 25,000.
A suspicious Thach took his time before he decided to wait for a better spot. His neighbour didn't keep him in suspense, though, confirming he had the goods by turning over A♦A♣.
