Henrique Camara Ferreira from early position and Mateusz Moolhuizen from the button were involved in a three-bet pot that had grown to over 30,000 by the river with the completed board reading J♦6♥2♥3♦4♠ after Ferreira had check-called a bet on the turn.

Ferreira checked for a final time to Moolhuizen who bet enough to put Ferreira all-in for his final 20,500. Over three minutes would come off the clock as Ferreira lamented, "Sick spot," before he finally slid forward the call.
