Duan Calls Down Tartaglia

Level 9 : Blinds 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante

Chao Duan opened to 3,000 from under the gun and action folded to Ignacio Tartaglia who defended the big blind.

The 9♣2♦6♦ flop was checked by both to see a 7♣ turn. Tartaglia bet 6,500 and Duan called.

Tartaglia bet 20,000 on the Q♣ river and Tartaglia thought, before throwing in a chip to call.

Duan showed Q♦J♦ for a pair of queens he made on the river, and Tartaglia turned over A♠5♠.
