Power Takes Over the Chip Lead

Level 26 : Blinds 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante
Chad Power
Chad Power

Chad Power opened from the hijack with K10 and Sebastian Schulze called in the cutoff with AQ. David Swift also called in the small blind.

They went to a flop of AJ6, where Swift checked and Power bet 225,000. Schulze called and Swift folded.

Power checked the Q turn when he made Broadway, and Schulze fired out 515,000 with his top two pair. Power just called.

A 3 on the river was a brick and again Power checked, then Schulze fired 1,600,000. Power took some time before he announced a raise to 5,000,000, which sent Schulze into the tank. After a few minutes, Schulze couldn't find the fold, and sent a large pile of chips over to Power once he saw the bad news.
