Afriat Chips Up Without Showdown

Level 28 : Blinds 60,000/120,000, 120,000 ante

Eric Afriat raised to 250,000 and Bruno Furth called in the next seat in the hijack, as did Murly Manokharan in the big blind. The 987 flop was checked to Afriat who bet 150,000 and received two callers. After the 7 turn, Manokharan checked again.

Afriat now bet 600,000 to force out Furth and the Canadian said "save your chips" to Manokharan when the latter gave it some thought. Manokharan folded and Afriat flashed the 9 before collecting the pot.
