Correia Is Here to Win
Muhamet Perati raised to 600,000 in middle position and Ruben Correia three-bet to 1,600,000 in the cutoff. Perati called and they went heads-up to a flop of A♦J♥3♦. Perati checked to Correia who bet 900,000 and Perati let his hand go.
On the next hand, Joseph Ozimok opened to 600,000 from under the gun and Correia three-bet to 1,600,000 again. Octavian Voegele slid out a four-bet to 3,300,000 which got Ozimok to quickly fold. Correia thought for a minute and then five-bet jammed all in. Voegele dumped his cards in the muck and Correia slammed his fist on the table.
"That's power poker!" Correia said. "I'm here to win this tournament. I'm not afraid to bust."
"I think we're all here to win," Voegele replied.
"Nice hand," Correia said to the loser of the pot.
"Thank you," Voegele sarcastically replied again.
