Ceccatelli Puts Lin in the Blender

Level 4 : Blinds 300/500, 500 ante

With two players seeing a board of K810A and a bit over 10,000 in the middle Frank Lin bet 12,000 from the big blind and Carlotta Ceccatelli called from the hijack.

Lin quickly bet 25,000 on the 7 river, leaving just over 25,000 behind. Ceccatelli shoved with a covering stack and Lin went deep into the tank.

After a few minutes the clock was called. Lin let all 30 seconds pass and Ceccatelli took the pot after Lin's hand was declared dead.

Lymor Davidson raised to 1,200, and only Michael Noori, one seat to her left, made the call.

Davidson continued for 1,500 on the 953 flop, and Noori called to see at least one more card.

The turn 3 caused Davidson to slow down, checking to her neighbour. Noori put out a bet of 2,500, which was enough to lay claim to the pot as Davidson returned her cards to the dealer.

Jaka's Main Event Ends Holding Seven-Deuce Off

Level 4 : Blinds 300/500, 500 ante
Faraz Jaka
Faraz Jaka

Benjamin Gold raised to 1,200 on the button and called a three-bet of 5,500 from Faraz Jaka, who was in the big blind.

Gold then called a 3,500 bet from Jaka on the Q32 flop and a 14,000 bet from Jaka on the K turn.

The 2 completed the board and Jaka fired 30,000 into the middle. Gold then stuck a pile of t-25,000 chips into the middle, which was enough to put Jaka all in for his last 35,000 behind.

Jaka went deep into the tank and a couple of minutes went by without any action.

"Sorry guys, give me one more minute," Jaka said.

Jaka eventually committed his stack into the middle and Gold showed QQ for a full house.

Jaka showed he held 72 for trip deuces and wished his tablemates good luck before exiting the tournament area.

Howard Raises Lindsey

Level 4 : Blinds 300/500, 500 ante

Sean Lindsey raised to 1,500 from early position and Demarco Johnson called from early position while both Craig Jones in the small blind and Spencer Champlin in the big blind called.

The flop rolled out 693 and action checked around to Lindsey who bet 3,500 and only Johnson called.

On the turn 7, Lindsey continued with the same bet of 3,500 and only Johnson called.

Lindsey bet the same amount a third time on the J river and Johnson responded with a raise to 12,000 and Lindsey called.

Johnson tabled AQ for the nut-flush and it was good for the pot as Lindsey tossed his hand into the muck.

Five-Bet Takes it Down

Level 4 : Blinds 300/500, 500 ante
Scott Blumstein
Scott Blumstein

Jay Lu started the action by raising to 1,200 before the player immediately to his left three-bet to 3,000. Scott Blumstein then four-bet to 9,300, and action folded back to Lu.

After making some enquiries about the entirety of Blumstein's stack, Lu opted to five-bet all-in for 62,700. The three-bettor got out of the way, and after some deliberation, Blumstein elected to fold too.

Stewart Catches Calamusa Speeding

Level 4 : Blinds 300/500, 500 ante

Action was picked up in a three-way pot between Scott Stewart in late position, Pierre Calamusa on the button, and Joshua Remitio in the big blind.

With 4,000 in the middle, the flop read 6KQ and Remitio checked over to Stewart who bet 1,800. Calamusa responded by raising to 5,000 and only Stewart continued in the hand.

Both players checked the turn J to the river 9 and Stewart checked over to Calamusa who bet 20,000. The eight-time WSOPC ring winner went into the tank as he debated what to do for the majority of his stack. After roughly sixty seconds in the tank, he called.

Calamusa tapped the table as he showed 54 for just five-high, with Stewart tabling KQ for kings up which was good for the pot.
