Kings Can't Hold, Bohdanov Eliminated

Level 4 : Blinds 300/500, 500 ante
Renat Bohdanov
Renat Bohdanov

Marco Poccia raised under the gun, which one player had called before action got to Renat Bohdanov. Bohdanov put in a three-bet to 4,500, to which Poccia responded with a four-bet to 13,000. Action folded back to Bohdanov, who moved all in for 31,300, which Poccia called.

Renat Bohdanov: KK All in
Marco Poccia: AJ

A promising situation in the Main Event soon turned to one of sorrow for Bohdanov. The dealer fanned out a flop of JJ10, firing Poccia into the lead.

The turn 10 only served to improve Poccia to a full house, and the river Q did not affect the outcome.

Matakis Doubles Through Yotsushika

Level 5 : Blinds 300/600, 600 ante
Ian Matakis
Ian Matakis

Kazuhiko Yotsushika raised to 1,200 from early position and was called by Ian Matakis in middle position and David Cabrera Polop on the button.

Action checked through on the 510J flop and then Yotsushika led out for 3,300 on the 3 turn. Matakis raised to 10,300, which got a fold from Polop and a call from Yotsushika.

The 10 paired the board on the river and Yotsushika stuck a green T-25,000 chip into the middle. Matakis called all in for a bit over 10,000 and Yotsushika could only show 98 for a busted straight draw.

Matakis revealed 55 for a full house and was awarded the double-up.

Shah Goes All In

Level 5 : Blinds 300/600, 600 ante

Christopher Agnello opened to 1,300 from middle position but Ketan Shah to his left three-bet to 3,100. All the other players folded to Agnello who called.

Shah bet 3,500 on the 376 flop and was called, then asked for 7,000 on the 6 turn. This time, Agnello check-raised to 31,100. However Shah was not impressed and he moved all-in for approximately 68,000.

Agnello went deep into the tank, but eventually folded.
