Leonard Leads Twice and Gets Raised Twice

Level 1 : Blinds 100/200, 200 ante

Patrick Leonard from middle position and John Duci from the button were heads-up to the AQ8 flop as Leonard led out with a bet. Duci then raised to 2,500 and Leonard put in the call.

On the flush-completing 7 turn, Leonard opted to lead again for 1,500 before Duci raised again to 5,500, and Leonard called.

The K river checked through as Duci turned over J10 for the turned flush that was downgraded on the river, but his hand was still good as Leonard mucked and Duci collected the pot.

Singh didn’t slow down and made a sizable bet of 11,300. Grohnert went into a short tank, but in the end, he decided to let it go.
