2025 World Series of Poker
Abraham Uittenbogaard raised to 2,400 in middle position, which picked up calls from Arnaud Mattern in the hijack and Michael Simhai on the button.
The dealer spread a 6♣A♥4♦ flop and Uittenbogaard immediately fired out two red chips, worth 10,000.
Both of his opponents folded, and Uittenbogaard proudly flipped over K♠K♣, for the whole table to see.
On a completed boaerd of K♦9♠3♥2♣7♣, Ole Nygaard led for 1,300 in the small blind and Nishant Sharma raised to 7,200 in the cutoff. Nygaard then reraised to 28,400 and Sharma went deep into the tank before he called.
Nygaard tabled his 9♦9♥ for a set of nines and Sharma mucked.
From middle position, Yoon Choi started the action with 1,700 and got two callers in Justin Smith and Allen Patatanyan. Steven Merwin, on the button, went beyond and made it 9,000. Choi called while Smith and Patatanyan folded.
The flop came Q♣J♦9♥ and both players checked through the turn 4♥. On the river 6♣, Choi fired 20,000, which was enough to make Merwin fold.
Eric Keppler opened to 2,000 in cutoff and got a three-bet to 6,200 from the big blind, Donovan Dean. Keppler thought of his options for a few seconds and decided to shove all in for around 50,000. Dean snapped.
Eric Keppler: A♥Q♠
Donovan Dean: K♠K♥
Keppler needed an ace to continue, but the board ran Q♥5♠2♦J♠9♦ ending his main event run.
