The Table Can Feel Deevara's Pain

Level 10 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante
Joshua Boulton
Joshua Boulton

Joshua Boulton raised to 4,000 in the hijack and Rahul Deevara three-bet to 13,000 in the small blind. Boulton called and the flop came A79.

Deevara checked to Boulton who bet 9,000. Deevara called to the 7 turn, where Boulton bet 17,000. Deevara again called.

The river was the A and Boulton bet 75,000, enough to put Deevara all in. Deevara tanked for nearly five minutes until folding.

"If you have kings there, I feel your pain. I was just imagining myself with kings. And you just know that bet is coming," tablemate Jacob Beck said to Deevara, sympathizing with his predicament.

Faber Chips Up Amid Confusion

Level 10 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

The floor was called with four-way action to the A44 flop when it checked to Susan Faber on the button. It was apparent that something had gone wrong with the Q accidentally exposed by the dealer and that card was reshuffled back into the deck after the action was concluded.

Faber's button bet of 6,000 was check-raised to 15,500 by Yael Pilo Raz in the small blind to force out Jovan Kenjic and Eddie Szumski. On the 8 turn, Pilo Raz bet 25,000 for Faber to call and she then checked the 9 on the river. Faber bet 25,000 and Pilo Raz folded the A face-up, Faber showed her AK before claiming the pot.

"You folded queens?" Pilo Raz asked and Szumski nodded.

Naquin Busts to Singh in a Brutal Cooler

Level 10 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Nearly 50,000 was already in the middle as Amritraj Singh and Jacob Naquin saw a flop of 4J9. Naquin then got his last 50,000 in from the button, and Singh put him at risk in the small blind.

Jacob Naquin: 99 All in
Amritraj Singh: JJ

Naquin turned over a set of nines, but he ran right into Singh's top set of jacks. The rest of the board ran out 310 and Naquin fell victim to the massive cooler.

Rubinsky Paid to the Max

Level 10 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante
Gilad Rubinsky
Gilad Rubinsky

Gilad Rubinsky limped from early position, and Tabatha Hilliard raised to 3,000 from middle position. Action folded to Andreas Berggren, who called as did Rubinsky.

The flop came A58, and Berggren checked to Rubinsky, who bet out for 23,000, Hilliard called, and Berggren folded.

The turn brought the 7, and Rubinsky continued the aggression by betting out for 47,000. Hilliard called. The river saw the K peel off, and Rubinsky bet out for 82,000, and Hilliard snap-called.

"Flush" announced Rubinsky and tabled 109. "Nice hand" came the reply from Hilliard as she flashed her AK before dumping into the muck as Rubinsky started stacking up the monster pot that sent him over 600,000 in chips.

Guelpa Drowns With Ducks

Level 10 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Jeffery Kohlman raised to 4,000 in late position, and Stephane Guelpa called in the small blind. James Buckley then made it 14,000 to go in the big blind, which Kohlman called.

Guelpa had other plans and ripped in his stack of 84,000. Buckley called without asking for a count, prompting Kohlman to get out of the way.

Stephane Guelpa: 22 All in
James Buckley: KK

Guelpa's risky move did not work out as the 4107JA board brought no help. Buckley's cowboys held strong, and Guelpa was sent to the rail.

Holloway Doubles Through Sabag With Rockets

Level 10 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante
Chad Holloway
Chad Holloway

Roi Sabag opened to 4,000 from the hijack and it was folded to Chad Holloway, who shoved for his last 55,500 from the big blind. Sabag verified the amount before placing in a call to put Holloway at risk.

Chad Holloway: AAAll in
Roi Sabag: KQ

Holloway was the massive favorite, and the 29842 runout provided him with a much needed and sweat-free double-up.

"That's the bottom of my range," Holloway said. "If I had kings I would have folded!"
