Lucky Fishbein Finds Value

Level 9 : Blinds 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante

In a three-bet pot worth 34,000, Jacob Fishbein bet 8,000 from the small blind on the 576 flop. Joseph Liberta called on the button, and called another bet from Fishbein on the 7 turn.

The river saw the Q appear. Fishbein put in a third barrel worth 13,000, which Liberta called after some time in the tank. Fishbein tabled AQ for queens and sevens, and Liberta sighed as he mucked his cards.

"Nice hand," Liberta told his opponent.

"Thanks. I got lucky on the river," Fishbein admitted.
