Kemter Folds After Staredown

Level 7 : Blinds 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

Tommy Kemter, who was in the small blind, stared at Clement Meunier on the button for a good minute and a half, contemplating whether to make an all-in call.

Meunier had a pot-sized bet of 50,000 chips on the river of a runout that read AJ392.

A call would have put Kemter at risk. He passed.

Eiblum Forces a Fold

Level 7 : Blinds 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

Ari Eiblum raised 2,200 from middle position. Action folded around to the big blind, Cyril Williams, to see a flop.

The flop came J46 and both players checked. Williams led with a 3,000 bet on the Q turn, which Eiblum called.

After a check on the river 3, Eiblum fired 7,600 which was enough to make Williams fold.

"Nine High Like a Boss!"

Level 7 : Blinds 500/1,000, 1,000 ante
Will Kassouf
Will Kassouf

Yifu He opened to 2,200 on the button and Will Kassouf defended his big blind.

Kassouf checked on the 26J flop and He continued for 1,500.

Never shy about engaging in banter, Kassouf's verbal assault began.

"You always bet. Bet flop, bet turn, bet river, no?" Kassouf began.

"If you've got it, you've got it," Kassouf then put in a raise to 5,300.

"No shame in folding. I'll show if you show," Kassouf continued as He contemplated his decision. He eventually called.

The 9 fell on the turn.

"I think I've got the best hand... I've gotta bet to find out," Kassouf said before putting 10,000 into the middle.

He let his hand go and Kassouf tuned over 97.

"Nine high like a boss!" Kassouf shouted (in reference to his flop raise) as he collected the pot.

Mercedes Takes Navarro for a Ride

Level 7 : Blinds 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

Jose Navarro went all in with his last 33,200 chips from the hijack with the board already at the turn 48J9. Mercedes Osti, on the button, made the call.

Jose Navarro: J10All in
Mercedes Osti: Q10

Navarro had top pair and an open-ended straight draw. Unfortunately for him. Osti's straight was already and it was the nuts.

Navarro made a meaningless straight with the 7 on the river.

"Well, I did hit it," Navarro said. "What else can you do?"

Nan Li Catches up the Hard Way

Level 7 : Blinds 500/1,000, 1,000 ante
Nan Li
Nan Li

With 11,500 chips already in the middle, small blind Noah Bitton and big blind Nan Li were looking at a flop of 1032.

Bitton checked, which prompted Li to place a bet of 4,000. Bitton then responded by moving all in for 21,700. Li took some time to come to a decision, but ultimately decided to make the call.

Noah Bitton: J10 All in
Nan Li: 105

The situation looked good for Bitton to find a double up, but the turn 10 brought some opportunities for Li to chop the pot.

Sure enough, the river 3 gave both players a full house, meaning they each took half of the pot back.

Panagopoulos Makes the Right Call and Holds to Bust Gardenhire

Level 7 : Blinds 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

Justin Gardenhire from the cutoff and Ioannis Panagopoulos from the button were tangled in a big pot with 64,500 in the middle on the turn with the board reading J528.

Gardenhire would lead all-in for his final 39,200, sending Panagopoulos into the tank. After over two minutes, Panagopoulos counted out the calling chips and put them into the middle.

Justin Gardenhire: A10 All in
Ioannis Panagopoulos: 1010

Panagopoulos made the right call with his tens but needed to fade the flush draw and overcard of Gardenhire. Luckily for him, the river was the 9 as Panagopoulos held on to scoop a massive one and eliminate Gardenhire.
