Wintersberger Rivers the Flush to Bust Sandev

Aaron Ogus opened the action with a raise to 9,000 from early position, picking up calls from Georgi Sandev in middle position and David Wintersberger in the big blind.

The flop came 6♠4♥5♠, and Wintersberger led out for 11,000 as the first to act. Ogus got out of the way, leaving Sandev to respond by moving all in for just over 80,000. Wintersberger snap-called to put him at risk.

Sandev was ahead with an overpair and a gutshot, but Wintersberger had plenty of outs with a flush draw and a gutshot of his own.

The 9♥ turn changed nothing, but the 9♠ river completed Wintersberger’s flush, sending Sandev to the rail as Wintersberger scooped the pot.

Martins Adeniya opened to 8,000 from under the gun and was called by John Holley on the button.

On the K♣6♦5♥ flop, Adeniya checked to Holley who bet 12,000 and Adeniya called.

Adeniya checked once more on the K♥ turn as Holley bet 13,000 and Adeniya stuck around.

Heads-up to the 10♥ river, Adeniya checked for a final time to Holley who bet 21,000 and Adeniya snapped it off. However, Holley was quick to turn over his 7♥4♥ for a flush and Adeniya stood aghast as a substantial pot was pushed in his opponent's direction.

The flop came 2♠K♣3♠ and action checked around to Kassouf who bet 19,000. Both opponents folded and Kassouf took the pot without showdown.
