Haxton Eliminates Chidwick and Kottler After Roller Coaster Runout

Isaac Haxton was in middle position and raised to 60,000. It folded to Stephen Chidwick on the button, who jammed in his stack of 375,000. Small blind Jeremy Kottler thought for some time before he committed his stack of 335,000, and Haxton snap-called to put both players at risk.

Chidwick and Kottler packed their bags as Haxton shipped the pot, chipping up to over 125 big blinds.

The three players checked through the 3♥4♣6♣ flop, as well as the A♥ turn. The 5♥ then emerged on the river. Haxton bet 200,000, and Boivin quickly got rid of his K♦4♦.

Hesse spent some time in the tank before he tossed in a call. Haxton tabled J♥9♥ for a flush, and Hesse's A♠Q♠ was added to the muck.

Haxton checked to Bigot on the 7♣Q♠6♥ flop, and the Frenchman continued for 90,000. Padron and Haxton both called to the 7♦ turn, which was checked around.

The Q♥ river then completed the board. Three more checks followed, and Padron's 8♥8♦ took the pot when Haxton tabled 9♣8♣ and Bigot showed down K♥9♥.

Chen called to the 9♣ turn, where Hesse slowed down and checked. Chen responded with a bet of 150,000, which Hesse quickly called.

The J♣ river was checked to showdown, and Hesse's K♠K♥ defeated the A♦K♣ of Chen as a massive preflop cooler was avoided.

Joey Padron deemed his Q♦2♥ worthy of a call in the big blind, and the quartet saw a flop of 10♥2♣4♦. After Padron checked, Hesse continued for 80,000. Haxton called before Chen and Padron mucked their cards.

The 6♦ turn saw both remaining players check to the 9♣ river, where Hesse picked the aggression back up with a bet of 275,000.

Haxton quickly called, but his A♠10♠ disappeared into the muck when Hesse tabled 10♦9♦ for a rivered two pair.
