Conor O'Rourke was all in for 375,000 against Jose Bogarin, who had him covered.
Conor O'Rourke: 10♣10♠
Jose Bogarin: A♦10♥
O'Rourke was in great shape to double up as the flop landed 4♣4♦6♦ and the 6♥ turn only created some chop possibilities. But the dealer put down the A♠ river to give Bogarin the winner as O'Rourke was sent to the rail in painful fashion.
Bruno Furth raised to 100,000 in middle position and Richard Buckingham three-bet to 300,000 in the cutoff. The action folded back to Furth who called to see a flop of Q♦9♥3♦.
Furth checked to Buckingham who continued with a bet of 350,000 and Furth called. The turn was the 10♦ and Furth checked again. Buckingham splashed in a bet of 600,000 and Furth dumped his cards into the muck. Buckingham showed his A♦8♦ as it was the last hand before the table broke.
"I don't miss flush draws," Buckingham said.
"You would have stacked me. I had the king-high flush," Daniel Becker said who was in the big blind.
The action folded all the way to Martin Gerloff in the small blind and me moved forward his entire stack which appeared to be more than 1.6 million in chips. Mitchell Hynam glanced at his cards and then instantly called.
Once the cards of Hynam were revealed, Gerloff sunk back into his chair and gasped an "are you f*ckin kidding me?"
Martin Gerloff: A♣J♥
Mitchell Hynam: A♦A♥
The Q♦5♣2♥ flop left Gerloff with some runner-runner equity but that all vanished with the Q♣ turn to make the 6♣ river a formality.
Kenny Hallaert raised to 110,000 in early position, Farid Jattin three-bet to 350,000 in middle position, and Hallaert called.
The flop came 10♦4♣J♥ and Jattin bet 440,000. Hallaert called and they both checked on the 2♣ turn.
The 10♣ river was also checked down and Hallaert showed A♠Q♣ to win the pot with ace-high.
At the same time at another table, Sergio Veloso had bet 200,000 from the hijack on a flop of A♠2♦7♠ and Hartt Stearns called in the small blind. Daniele Primerano then raised to 660,000 in middle position and both opponents called.
Action checked to Veloso on the 4♠ turn and he bet 1,300,000. Stearns quickly folded, but Primerano took more than five minutes until announcing a fold, leaving it to the dealer to retrieve his cards while Veloso took in the pot.
Jordan Dumas moved all in from early position for 590,000 and was called by Amit Sharma from the button.
Jordan Dumas: A♥Q♥
Amit Sharma: A♠K♠
Dumas got up out of his chair as he knew he was likely to be eliminated very shortly.
The dealer burned a card, then revealed the K♥ in the window, giving Sharma top pair. However, it was quickly followed by the 7♥10♥ to give Dumas the nut flush. The 4♦ turn and J♠ river didn't change anything, which meant Dumas sat down and stacked his newly acquired stack.
Mark Shutley made it 115,000 to go in early position with Q♠10♠, and Benjamin Winsor defended his big blind with 6♦4♦. Shutcley continued for 110,000 on the 7♠K♦5♦ flop, and Winsor just called his combo draw.
Shutley also picked up a flush draw on the 5♠ turn and kept firing. His bet of 275,000 was check-called by WInsor, arriving on the A♠ river. Left with six-high, Winsor check-folded when Shutley threw in 500,000 with his flush.
Jonathan Azoulay made it 100,000 to go from middle position with K♠Q♥ and David Swift called in the small blind holding A♦8♦. Will Kassouf was in the big blind and came along with 7♣4♥.
Swift made trips on the 5♦A♥A♠ flop, but it was Azoulay who stayed aggressive as he bet 225,000 once it checked to him. Swift called and Kassouf let it go.
A 7♥ dropped on the turn and again Swift continued to play it slow with a check. Azoulay reached for chips and announced a bet of 450,000 before moving it into the pot, then Swift called.
The 3♠ completed the runout and Swift decided to lead with a bet of 1,000,000. Azoulay wasted no time in mucking, and Swift took the pot.
