Jobin Concedes a Pot to Tomescu

Yannick Jobin opened on the button to 600,000 and George Tomescu made the call in the big blind.

The flop gave 4J9 and Tomescu check-called Jobin's continuation for 250,000. Both checked on the 7 turn.

A K hit the river and Tomescu tanked before sending 825,000 in the middle. Jobin thought about it but ended up folding.

Two Pair for Beinner

Heads-up on a flop of Q98, Matthew Beinner bet 450,000 from middle position and Ankit Ahuja check-called from the big blind.

Both players checked the K turn leading to the J river where Ahuja led out for 1,100,000.

Beinner eventually made the call with QJ for two pair and won against Ahuja's pair with 86.

O'Hara Turns the Tables on the River

Ian O'Hara opened from early position and picked up a call from Jacopo Achille in the big blind.

On the 357 flop, Achille led out with a bet of 325,000, and O'Hara called.

The 3 fell on the turn, and Achille continued the aggression with a bet of 1,200,000, again getting a call from O'Hara.

The A river shifted the momentum. This time, Achille slowed down and checked, opening the door for O'Hara to fire a bet of around 2,400,000. Achille didn't need long to make up his mind, he snap-folded, and O'Hara raked in the pot.

Matthew Beinner jammed for 2,050,000 from the cutoff. Maximiliano Castagnini on the button asked for the count and called.

Three-Way Pot for Tomescu

George Tomescu raised on the button to 600,000 and both Mikhail Zavoloka and Dennis Ng called in the blinds.

The flop came QKQ and it checked to Tomescu who continued for 250,000, only called by Zavoloka. On the 3 turn however, Zavoloka check-folded after Tomescu fired 1,275,000.
