Daniel Kusnerak
Daniel Kusnerak

With 6,500 in the middle to the 442 flop, Daniel Kusnerak checked and Adrian Ziemichod in the cutoff bet 2,300 for Kusnerak to call. The 3 turn was checked and Ziemichod then bet the 6 river for 3,400 when checked to. Kusnerak mulled it over for a few seconds and tossed in a single chip for the call.

Ziemichod tabled the Q8 for a bluff and Kusnerak won the pot with the 1010.

Level 3 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

Four ways to the K65 flop, the action was checked through, and Bryan Pimlott then bet 2,000 out of the big blind. Only Micha Bitton put up a fight and raised to 6,200 in the hijack while Shawn Stroke on the button was among those to fold.

They checked the A on the river, and Bitton tabled his A4 for a rivered pair of aces; Pimlott was stunned momentarily and then mucked.

The K3Q flop saw action check to Paredes who continuation bet for 4,000 and he saw Stroke fold. Pimlott moved all in for ~17,000 and Paredes snap called.

Bryan Pimlott: AKAll in
Victor Paredes : AA

Pimlott was behind to Paredes's aces despite flopping top pair. He did have some hope after flopping some backdoor flush draw outs.

A J turn saw the straight draw come in for both players and the 10 river saved Pimlott from busting out the main event.

Oertling Takes From Vrubel

Level 3 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

William Oertling opened to 1,000 from under the gun. This led to a series of calls from Peter Kelly from early position, Sargon Guliana in the hijack, Terry Jordan in the small blind, and Shraga Vrubel in the big blind.

The crowd of players took a flop of 4K9 before Jordan checked. Vrubel took the betting lead when he fired 1,400. Oertling raised to 5,500, and this cleared out everyone except Vrubel, who made the call.

Vrubel checked the 8 turn before Oertling put out a bet of 10,500. Vrubel made the call.

The 10 river led to a pair of checks to go to a showdown.

Vrubel showed J4 for a flopped pair plus flush draw, but it was no good, as Oertling showed AA to drag in the pot.
