Hansen's Sevens No Good

Level 5 : Blinds 300/600, 600 ante

Action was picked up with Gus Hansen calling Kosei Oguri's raise to 4,500 pre-flop.

The flop came 10♠J♥J♦. Both players checked the flop and through the 5♦ turn.

On the 6♣ river, Hansen fired 6,100 and Oguri called.

Hansen showed 7♦7♥, which was not good enough against Oguri's A♠10♣.

Li Fires at Wang

Level 5 : Blinds 300/600, 600 ante

Yichen Wang raised to 1,200 in early position before Shuo Li three-bet to 4,000 on the button. Wang called, and they saw a flop of 9♠J♠10♥.

Li then bet 3,500 and Wang called. Li bet another 6,000 on the A♦ turn, and Wang again stuck around to see the 2♦ river.

Li then bet 11,000, and Wang quickly called. Li turned over A♠J♥ for two pair, and Wang mucked A♣K♦.

Jonathan Kramer raised to 1,200 from the cutoff, and Joseph Drelich defended from the big blind.

"I'll Pay You In Full"

Level 5 : Blinds 300/600, 600 ante

Jimmy Channell opened to 2,200 from middle position and Bridget Zillich defended her big blind.

The 4♣2♥4♠ flop saw Zillich bet out 2,500 and Channell snap called. The 8♣ was turned and Zillich bet out another 2,500, seeing Channell make another quick call.

The 4♥ saw another 2,500 bet go into the pot by Zillich, and Channell said, "I'll pay you in full", before matching the bet. Zillich turned over her A♦8♥ for the boat, and Channell showed his 6♥6♣ pocket pair for the smaller boat, leaving Zillich to take down the pot.

Full House, Full Value

Level 5 : Blinds 300/600, 600 ante

Humberto Guerra raised to 1,500 from the cutoff, which Bryce Allen called on the button, with the big blind joining in as well.

Guerra continued with a bet of 1,600 on the 8♦6♦6♣ flop, which only Allen called.

The 4♥ saw a change in the betting lead, as Guerra chose to check over to Allen, who bet 4,000, which Guerra called.

When Guerra checked for a second time on the 10♠ river, Allen sized up, putting 16,000 into the pot. Guerra called but immediately mucked his cards when Allen flipped over 4♠4♦ for a turned full house.

Level 5 : Blinds 300/600, 600 ante

Artur Martirosian and Lawrence Chen were heads-up on a flop of 3♦6♠4♣ and Martirosian check-called a 1,500 bet from Chen.

Martirosian check-called a 3,000 barrel from Chen on the Q♥ turn, but went into the tank after checking and facing a hefty 12,000 wager from Chen on the 8♣ river.

Martirosian studied Chen before eventually deciding to lay his hand down.

On the 6♣ river, Lust fired 3,400, which was enough to take the pot down.

Castro Not Havin' it

Level 5 : Blinds 300/600, 600 ante

Raul Gallego raised to 1,300 from under the gun, Timothy Rutherford three-bet to 4,000 from middle position, and James Castro cold-called in the cutoff. Gallego then four-bet to 10,900, prompting Rutherford to fold, but Castro wasn't going anywhere and made the call.

Both players checked the K♦Q♠9♣ flop. Gallego fired out a bet of 6,000 on the 9♠ turn, and Castro snap-shoved for 33,000. Gallego snap-called.

James Castro: 3♥3♠ All in
Raul Gallego: K♣K♥

Castro was drawing dead, and the meaningless 2♦ river brought his Main Event run to an end.
