Ikemiya Raises Out Adams on the Turn

Three players went to a flop of 9♦8♣A♥ where Brandon Adams bet 3,500 from the button. Only Rei Ikemiya called under the gun.

The turn was the J♥ and Adams bet another 14,000. Ikemiya then raised to 30,000, and Adams quickly folded.

Hanson Lets Gao Have One

Hanson check-called a bet of 3,000 from Gao on the 7♠4♥Q♠ flop.

After both players checked the 3♠ turn, Hanson checked for a final time on the J♣ river. Gao fired 9,000, and Hanson let it go.

Purohit Raises Out Ridet

Level 8 : Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

Pascal Ridet opened to 2,400 from middle position before Dinesh Purohit came along for the ride with a call from the hijack.

The flop was all clubs when it fanned out A♣8♣10♣. Ridet continued for 1,600 before Purohit made the call.

Ridet kept betting on the 2♣ turn for 4,200. Purohit pounced with a raise to 12,000 on the four flush board.

Ridet flicked his hand into the muck as Purohit took down the pot.

Cermeno Loses Some to Trepanier-Faucher

Level 8 : Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

Philip Chow raised to 2,500 from under the gun to pick up calls from Joe Trepanier-Faucher on the button and Ricardo Cermeno out of the big blind.

The J♣10♦3♣ flop saw Chow continue for 3,200 to pick up two calls before they checked down the 5♣ turn and 9♦ river. Cermeno tabled the 9♠8♦ for a pair of eights and Chow mucked, but Trepanier-Faucher held the superior pair in A♥10♠.

Kornuth Takes Stab at Five-Way Pot

Level 8 : Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

Five players saw the 4♥4♣A♣ flop, and action checked to Chance Kornuth, who bet 3,300. Frederik Thiemer called before the remaining three players all folded.

Kornuth and Thiemer then checked through the 10♠ turn and 8♦ river. Kornuth announced queen-high, prompting Thiemer to table A♦J♥ for the winning hand.

There were over 6,000 in the middle when this hand was picked up on the A♠7♥4♠ flop.

Andrew Voor and Joseph Kim checked from the small and big blind, respectively. Liv Boeree fired 4,000 from the hijack. Voor called, but Kim folded.

The Q♠ turn led to a check from Kim before Boeree fired a second barrel of 15,500. Kim stuck around with a call.

Kim checked again on the 3♥ river. Boeree was not done with her betting ways, as she opted to put out a third barrel for 26,500. Kim gave it some thought before he opted to fold to award the pot to Boeree without a showdown.

Playing in flow, Yu checked to Rizvi on the 3♥K♣4♦ flop, who continued with a bet of 1,800, and Yu called.

The A♠ turn checked through, and the A♦ completed the board. Once Yu had checked for a third time, Rizvi fired 7,400 into the pot, which took it down when Yu returned his cards to the dealer.

From the cutoff, Nicholas Lagos checked on the river of a board showing Q♣5♣K♠3♠7♥ and then faced a pot-sized bet of 16,500 from Petar Konstantinovic on the button. Lagos took his time before deciding to make the call.

Konstantinovic sheepishly tabled A♣2♣ for a busted flush draw, and lost the pot against Lagos's A♠Q♦ for second pair.
