In the very next hand, action folded to Ngo on the button, who raised. Michael Lipner defended his big blind, and the two players went to the flop.

The dealer spread A5K, and Lipner check-raised Ngo’s continuation bet. Ngo called.

On the 9 turn, Lipner bet and Ngo raised. Lipner stuck around to see the 8 river, where he check-called another bet from Ngo.

Ngo tabled A8 for two pair, aces and eights, which was enough to scoop his second consecutive pot.
