Level 9 : Blinds 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante
Cary Katz
Cary Katz

Players were already on the river with Cary Katz in the cutoff and Chris Hunichen in the big blind. The pot stood at around 350,000 and Katz was all in for his remaining 260,000. Hunichen was looking at the 2K524 board, before he made the call.

Cary Katz: AAAll in
Chris Hunichen: K9

Hunichen's two pair with kings didn't stand up against Katz aces, and he paid of Katz from his stack and leveled the counts.

Arriving on the 7985 turn with around 330,000 in the pot, Daniel Rezaei checked from middle position to Jason Koon in the cutoff. Koon bet 220,000, and Rezaei obliged with a call.

The 3 river saw Koon move in a bet of 420,000, leaving only a single 5,000 chip behind. Rezaei wasted little time in check-calling. Koon tabled QQ for an overpair, and Rezaei swiftly mucked his cards in defeat.

Negreanu Gets Back Over Starting

Level 8 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

Ren Lin opened to 25,000 from the hijack and Jesse Lonis called from the cutoff. Daniel Negreanu defended the big blind and the players went three-ways to the flop.

The 63J board was bet by Negreanu for 36,000 and Lin raised to 160,000. Both Lonis and Negreanu called behind to see the 6 turn.

Action checked through to the 7 river and again to showdown. There was some hesitation before Negreanu showed his AJ, and both other players went to muck. Lonis then flipped over his KJ to show he was just behind and Lin kept his cards face down.
