Mateos Goes All-In

Level 19 : Blinds 150,000/300,000, 300,000 ante

Brandon Wilson on the button. raised to 650,000 and was called by Adrian Mateos who defended from the big blind.

Wilson continued for 625,000 on the 248 flop but Mateos check-raised to 2,400,000. Wilson went into the tank and called.

Mateos eventually moved all-in on the 3. Wilson snap-folded.

Koon Forces the Fold

Level 19 : Blinds 150,000/300,000, 300,000 ante

Jason Koon led out from the small blind for 525,000 on the 6J95 turn, and David Einhorn made the call in early position.

Koon then sized up to 1,500,000 after seeing the 5 river, and Einhorn took some time before letting his hand go.

Phil Ivey raised to 600,000 in early position and action folded around to Bryn Kenney in the big blind. Kenney announced a three-bet to 1,650,000, and Ivey responded by quickly moving all in for a total of 5,800,000.

Kenney called just as fast, and the hands were turned up.

Kenney had Ivey dominated, and both players improved to two pair on the 410299 runout. Kenney's queens remained best, sending Ivey out as the first elimination of the official final table in eighth place.

A few hands later, Mateos opened again to 600,000 from middle position. Jason Koon in the cutoff called before Ivey on the button jammed. Both Mateos and Koon quickly folded.

In a limped pot, Bryn Kenney in the small blind bet 300,000 on the KKK flop. Jason Koon in the big blind called.

Both players checked the Q turn leading to the 7 river which saw Kenny bet 1,200,000. Koon went into the tank but folded.

Bryn Kenney on the button opened to 2,000,000. Jason Koon in the small blind went into the tank and moved all-in for 4,600,000. Phil Ivey in the big blind folded and Kenney quickly called.

Koon flopped a flush draw on 642, and was still in the lead on the 6 turn. The 7 river paired Kenney's seven, but it also completed Koon's flush so he doubled up.

Einhorn Rivers Two Pair

Level 19 : Blinds 150,000/300,000, 300,000 ante

Heads-up on a flop of 6510, David Einhorn in middle position checked but Brandon Wilson in the hijack bet 550,000.

Einhorn called and checked the 5 turn. Wilson checked back.

The J river was checked by both players and Einhorn flipped over AJ for two pair. Wilson didn't look happy about that and sent his cards into the muck.
