This Hand is Reported Correctly
Level 4
: Blinds 500/1,000, 1,000 ante
The action was joined with 8,500 in the pot, and a 2♣K♠7♥K♥ board face up on the felt.
Richard Gryko bet 3,000 from the big blind, and Yang Wang called on the button.
The action checked through on the A♠ river, and Gryko announced jack-high. Wang tabled Q♦8♠8♣2♦ to claim the pot with his two pair, kings and eights.
"Don't report that hand", Jan-Peter Jachtmann at the table advised, "Nobody will understand it. One person bets, another calls, and nobody has anything".
"That's when you know you've made it as a poker player", Gryko added, "When you play a hand that doesn't make sense, and people presume the reporter got it wrong".
