Aces Hold For Zanot to Bust Katz, Yanovski

Level 9 : Blinds 2,000/3,000, 3,000 ante

Leonid Yanovski had a raise of 75,000 in front of him from under the gun and Thomas Zanot then potted in early position. Cary Katz called for 240,000 on the button, while Yanovski also called for around the same around.

Cary Katz: 7654 All in
Leonid Yanovski: QQ55 All in
Thomas Zanot: AAJ2

"Seven-high always wins," tablemate Daniel Perkusic said to bolster Katz's hopes, but it was for naught as Zanot's aces held up on the K8328 board to earn him the double knockout.

"How do aces hold up there? Well, I guess I'll fire another one," Katz said as he headed off to reenter. Zanot, meanwhile, raised his arms up in the air in celebration.

"Whoo, baby! Dominic, I owe you a kiss," he told the dealer as he raked in the big pot.

"Maybe later," Dominic the Dealer replied.
