A few hands later, Aaron Mermelstein and Alex Foxen went heads-up to a flop of 2♦A♥Q♣ in a limped pot. Mermelstein then bet 400,000 from the hijack, and Foxen called in the big blind.
The 6♣ turn was checked through, and Foxen then bet 1,450,000 on the 2♠ river. Mermelstein folded, and Foxen took the pot.
