Martinez Gonzalez switched it up on the 5♦ turn, checking over to Parssinen, who bet 2,650,000. Martinez Gonzalez called, taking the two to a river.
That river was the 2♥, and once Martinez Gonzalez checked again, Parssinen slid a stack of 500,000 chips into the pot, enough to cover Martinez Gonzalez's remaining 7,650,000 stack.
Martinez Gonzalez went deep into the tank, using all six of his remaining time extensions. As the clock ticked towards zero on his final extension, he flicked in a chip to call.
It was bad news, though, as Parssinen tabled Q♣J♠8♣7♣ for an eight-high straight. With a nod of his head, Martinez Gonzalez flipped over his own, lower, straight, showing K♠10♣4♥3♣, before exiting the stage.

On the Q♦10♦7♦ flop, the Spaniard moved all-in and Parssinen called.
Sergio Martinez Gonzalez: K♦K♥J♣9♠
Eelis Parssinen: A♥Q♥6♦4♣
The A♦ turn improved the holdings of both players and Parssinen now needed an ace or queen to deal the final blow. No help came with the 9♥ river and Martinez Gonzalez doubled.
What followed was a limped battle of the blinds on which Martinez Gonzalez check-called 600,000 on the A♦7♠4♣ flop. They checked the K♦ turn and A♥ river for Martinez Gonzalez to win the pot with K♠10♦9♠7♦.
