MacMillan Mucks to Lavenburg

Player were heads up and on the turn and looking at the A396 board. The pot stood at around 550,000 and James MacMillan was on the button and already had a 290,000 bet infront of him.

Michael Lavenburg was in the big blind and shoved for 1,710,000 and action was back on MacMillan. It took a while for MacMillan to decide his option, and he pushed his cards into the muck. Lavenburg showed one of his cards which was the A, before pulling in the pot.

Vamerdino Magsakay raised to 160,000 in the hijack and Yuan Lei defended in the big blind. Lei shoved for 610,000 on the 710J flop and Magsakay tossed his cards into the muck.

At a nearby table, a large pot was developing between James MacMillan in early position and Kenzo Ishida in the cutoff. With the board reading 372710, MacMillan checked and Ishida fired out a bet of 1,600,000, roughly a pot-sized bet. MacMillan took some time to think through his decision before ultimately arriving at a fold.

The 35A flop saw Jaka check-raised to 375,000 after Johnson bet 110,000. Johnson called, and the players went to the K
turn.

Action was checked through to the Q river and again to showdown with Jaka showing J6 and Johnson taking the pot with Q6 for a pair of queens.

Michael Letal was in middle position and got it all in preflop for 300,000 against Phillip Hui in early position, who covered.

Hui pulled ahead on the J310 flop, pairing his ten, but Letal took the lead when the 8 landed on the turn. The K completed the board and the pot was pushed Letal's way.

At a nearby table, John Ypma was seen exiting the tournament area after having been eliminated.

Magsakay Jams on Lei

Players were already on the river with a pot of around 350,000. The board read 8447J and Yuan Lei checked from the big blind. Vamerdino Magsakay bet 300,000 from early position and action went back to Lei who raised to 1,050,000.

After some thought Magsakay moved all in for his remaining 2,300,000, covering Lei's remaining 1,150,000. Lei went into a near two minute tank, but eventually folded, allowing Magsakay to pick up the pot.

The table were asking Magsakay to "Show one, show one!", but Magsakay pushed his hand into the muck and disclosed no information on his hand.
