Thomas Cazayous shipped it for 260,000 from under the gun and was called by Jed Friedman in the big blind to be at risk.
Thomas Cazayous: A♣10♣
Jed Friedman: K♥7♥
Cazayous stayed in the lead on the 9♠6♣5♠ flop, but Friedman gained a gutshot straight draw in the process.
The 6♥ turn was safe for Cazayous.
Unfortunately for Cazayous, the river was not as kind as the 8♥ peeled to give Friedman a straight.
Pierre Mothes opened to 60,000 from early position before Brandon Eisen reraised to 200,000 on the button. Mothes three-bet jammed for approximately 680,000 total. Eisen made the call to put Mothes at risk.
Pierre Mothes: A♣K♣
Brandon Eisen: 10♥10♣
The flop favored Mothes when it came A♦8♣2♥ to give him a pair of aces.
Mothes hit trips on the A♠ turn, and Eisen was unable to find a ten on the 8♥ river to award Mothes the double-up.

In a major shake-up to the Poker Hall of Fame, the induction process is shifting away from its traditional "winner-takes-all" format. A brand-new voting system has been introduced, paving the way for up to six of the eight nominees to be inducted in a single year.
Nominations are now open for the 2026 Poker Hall of Fame. Once the public determines the top eight nominees, the final decision will rest with the 33 living Hall of Fame members.
Players are on a 15-minute break. Play will resume at the 15,000/30,000 level.
Ke Gong raised to 50,000 from the cutoff and was called by Will Givens in the big blind.
Givens checked the 10♦8♥5♣ flop. Gong continued for 85,000 and was called by Givens.
Both players checked the 4♠ turn to bring the 5♦ river. Givens bet 250,000 on the final card. Gong did not think long before he made the fold.
Donnie Peters opened to 50,000 from middle position and Richard Tuhrim defended his big blind.
The pair saw a monotone 10♠2♠5♠ flop and both opted to check to the 9♦ turn.
Tuhrim bet 55,000 and Peters called to see the A♠ complete the board. Both quickly checked and Tuhrim tabled his 7♠5♣ for the flush, which was enough to make Peters muck.
