Santhosh Suvarna limped in from the button with K♥8♥8♣5♠, Robert Cowen called with K♦J♠10♠5♣ in the small blind, and Joao Simao checked his option.
Cowen led out with 750,000 on the K♣6♣5♥ flop and Simao folded, while Suvarna then potted to 3,250,000, leaving himself 350,000 behind. Cowen folded the same kings and fives, and Suvarna took the pot.
Joao Simao on the button opened to 700,000, then Santhosh Suvarna in the small blind three-bet all-in for 1,200,000. Cowen called and so did Simao.
After Cowen checked a flop of 2♦A♠K♦, Simao bet 800,000. Cowen raised to 4,200,000 and Simao immediately folded A♥9♣7♥5♥.

Suvarna remained in the lead on the 5♠ turn and the 7♦ river and he tripled up.
Robert Cowen limped from the small blind with A♥Q♥8♥6♣ and called after Joao Simao raised to 750,000 from the big blind with K♦K♣9♥5♥.
Simao bet 450,000 on the 7♦7♥9♦ flop, then fired a second barrel to 1,000,000 on the 4♠ turn. Cowen check-called on the flop but check-folded turn.
Joao Simao on the button opened to 850,000. Santhosh Suvarna in the small blind moved all-in for 1,350,000 and Simao called.

Suvarna managed to hit two pair on 10♠A♥8♠J♥A♣ and doubled up.
Joao Simao on the button raised to 650,000 with A♠9♠2♠2♥. Santhosh Suvarna in the small blind called with 6♦5♥4♦3♣ but Robert Cowen in the big blind three-bet to 1,900,000 with A♦Q♥10♠4♠. Simao folded and Suvarna called.
Cowen flopped two pair on A♣8♦Q♣ and bet 1,250,000. Suvarna folded.

Simao fired 1,500,000 and made Suvarna fold.

Suvarna was ahead with his aces, while Simao had a flush draw. The 5♦ turn also gave Simao a straight draw, but Suvarna held up through the 8♣ river to secure the double-up.
After Robert Cowen in the small blind, Joao Simao in the big blind and Santhosh Suvarna on the button checked a flop of Q♦7♥A♥, Simao bet 550,000 on the J♠ turn with A♣9♥8♦5♥. Suvarna called with J♣10♣7♦6♣ but Cowen folded K♦8♣6♥4♦.
Simao fired a second barrel to 675,000 on the 5♣ river. Suvarna eventually made the call with two pair but ran into Simao's better two pair.
