Suvarna had flopped a straight against Cowen's kings, and the board ran out 4♣6♥ to earn him the pot and double-up.
Venkat Chivukula checked his option in the big blind after Robert Cowen limped under the gun.
Chivukula led out for 550,000 on the 2♦J♦5♠ flop. Cowen called, then Chivukula moved all in for 350,000 on the 10♥ turn. Cowen quickly called.

The K♠ landed on the river and completed a straight for Chivukula who doubled up.
Robert Cowen raised to 300,000 on the button and Santhosh Suvarna called in the big blind.
Both players checked the Q♦4♥K♥ flop. Cowen then bet 375,000 on the Q♣ turn, and Suvarna called.
The 9♥ river was checked down, and Cowen showed A♠J♥10♠9♦ for a straight. Suvarna mucked J♦8♥8♣5♣.
Robert Cowen under the gun opened to 300,000 with K♣10♦9♦7♠. Joao Simao on the button called with A♣K♠5♠3♦ and Venkat Chivukula defended from the big blind with Q♥Q♦10♥4♥.
After two checks, Simao bet 375,000 on the 2♥5♣9♠ flop. Chivukula check-called, then Cowen check-raised to 1,000,000. Simao three-bet to 2,450,000 and made both Chivukula and Cowen fold.
In a limped pot, Joao Simao bet 225,000 on a flop of 10♠8♠5♠ with J♥9♦9♣2♠ and Robert Cowen called.
Both players checked the 6♥ turn. The 7♥ river gave Simao a straight and he bet 300,000. Cowen quickly folded K♣10♦5♥5♦.
Joao Simao in the cutoff raised to 400,000. Carlo van Ravenswoud in the small blind called and Venkat Chivukula completed with Q♠Q♥7♥7♦ in the big blind.
Simao continued for 650,000 on the 4♥3♣10♥ flop. Chivukula check-called before Van Ravenswoud check-raised all in for 3,925,000. Simao called and Chivukula went deep into the tank but folded.

Van Ravenswoud was slightly in the lead with the A♠ turn, but the K♦ river gave two pair to Simao to eliminate Van Ravenswoud.

Suvarna hit top pair with the nut flush draw on the J♦10♠5♠ flop and bet 450,000, and Cowen folded 6♣5♥4♦3♣.
Suvarna opened again the next hand, making it 550,000 from under the gun with A♦Q♠Q♦4♠. Joao Simao called in the big blind with Q♥J♦8♥7♦.
Both players checked to the river on a board of 10♠10♣4♥3♦Q♣. Suvarna then bet 675,000, and Simao folded.
Carlo van Ravenswoud in the cutoff raised to 525,000 with A♠K♠J♠8♥ and Santhosh Suvarna defended from the big blind with J♣10♣9♥8♦.
Both players checked the 4♣2♣6♥ flop leading to the 5♠ turn. Suvarna potted to 1,300,000 and Van Ravenswoud quickly folded.
