Sampson Wins Against Two

Level 18 : 8,000/16,000, 0 ante

Patrick Moulder raised in the hijack, and Devon Sampson three-bet in the cutoff. Dorian Rios then cold-called in the big blind, and Moulder tossed in calling chips as well.

Rios and Sampson each needed one card on the first draw, with Moulder taking three in between. It checked to Sampson after, who fired a bet. Both opponents called, and the trio each took one card on the second draw.

It was once again checked to Sampson, who tossed in another bet. After two calls, the trio went to the final draw. Rios and Moulder still needed one card, prompting Sampson to remain pat.

When it checked to showdown, Sampson won the pot with 8x7x5x4x3x, chipping him up to cross 200,000.

Billirakis Pulls an Eight

Jeffrey Vaughn opened under the gun, and Steve Billirakis defended his big blind.

Billirakis drew one on each draw, with Vaughn taking two then two then one. Action checked all the way to the final draw, after which Billirakis bet out. Vaughn took some time before calling, then mucking when Billirakis tabled 8x7x5x4x3x

Cressend Chips up

Level 18 : 8,000/16,000, 0 ante

John Cressend raised from middle position and was called by Daniel Strelitz in the small blind.

Strelitz drew two on the first draw and Cressend drew one. Strelitz then check-called a bet from Cressend.

On the second draw, Strelitz drew two again and Cressend stood pat. Strelitz check-called another bet.

Strelitz drew one and Cressend remained pat on the final draw. Strelitz check-called a final bet from Cressend, who announced "Eighty-six," as he turned over 8x6x5x3x2x.

Strelitz sent his cards into the muck and Cressend was awarded the pot.

Sarle Climbes Above Six Figures; Rubbathan Bricks Two-Card Draw

Dominick Sarle raised on the button, and Timothy Wong defended his big blind. Both players took two cards after the first draw, after which Wong check-called a bet by Sarle.

Wong still needed two on the second draw, but Sarle had improved and requested one card. After another check, bet, and call. Wong drew one card, and Sarle remained pat.

Sarle tossed in a final bet after the draw, to which Wong quickly check-folded.

Over at another table, Mark Rubbathan was all in and had drawn two on the final draw against Oliver Tot's pat hand.

Rubbathan tabled a 6x as his first card. He then took out his phone to film him peeling his second card, but it was a 10x, confirming his elimination.

Hayes' Ten is Enough

Casey Hayes raised on the button and Douglas Hogan defended his big blind.

Both players drew two on the first draw. Hogan then check-called a bet from Hayes.

On the second draw, both players took one off and action checked through.

The same thing happened on the final round and Hayes turned over 10x7x6x5x3x. Hogan couldn't beat it and mucked — conceding the pot to Hayes.

Fuller One Outs The Wheel

Guy Berentsen was forced all in from the small blind, and Nick Pupillo, Daniel Anton, and Thomas Fuller all put in two full bets to begin drawing.

Guy Berentsen drew three, Pupillo drew one, Anton took two and Fuller opted for one. All three players still with action checked, taking them to a second draw.

Berentsen and Anton drew two, with Pupillo standing pat in between them. Last to act Fuller took one again, and Pupillo bet out receiving two callers.

Pupillo stood pat again, with each other player drawing one. Pupillo slowed down with a check, Anton bet and Fuller raised. Pupillo folded, and Anton called showing 7x6x5x3x2x for number three. It was no good, however, as Fuller tabled a wheel. It transpired that he'd one outered his opponent, picking up a seven on the final draw, as Berentsen busted with Ax8x7x3x2x and Pupillo stated that he'd had a seven in his hand.
