Picking up the action on the river on a board of 8♦8♥10♣7♦J♦, Justin Saliba bet 120,000 from the big blind and Nikita Kuznetsov raised all in for 502,000. Saliba called.
Kuznetsov showed K♦Q♦ for the second nut flush as Saliba rolled over a worse flush with 9♦5♦ to surrender the massive pot.
After peeling 10♣7♣, Daniel Negreanu opened to 23,000 on the button and called when Biao Ding three-bet to 110,000 with Q♠Q♦.
The dealer spread a 9♦2♦8♣ flop, and when Ding continued for 150,000, Negreanu called.
Ding kept his foot on the gas on the 8♥ turn, moving all in for 483,000. Negreanu wasted no time at all in folding.

On a flop of 5♠5♥A♣, Julien Sitbon checked with 5♦2♥ and Cary Katz checked back with A♦8♣.
Both players checked again on the A♠ turn and Sitbon checked once more on the 9♣ river. Catz bet 31,000 and Sitbon called before seeing the bad news.
Brandon Wilson three-bet to 76,000 in the big blind and Alex Foxen called on the button.
Wilson checked on the flop of 8♦7♣J♥ and Foxen bet 61,000. Wilson called. Wilson checked again on the 10♠ turn and Foxen sized up to 137,000. Wilson called.
Wilson checked once more on the 7♦ river and Foxen checked back. Wilson showed 9♥8♥ for a straight and Foxen mucked in defeat.
Michael Mizrachi opened to 19,000 on the button, and called a three-bet to 60,000 by Ryuta Nakai.
Mizrachi checked on the 5♥3♣2♣ flop, and Nakai continued for 130,000. Mizrachi responded with a check-raise to 260,000, which Nakai called.
There was no slowing down on the 10♠ turn, as Mizrachi jammed for 545,000. Nakai took his time deciding after confirming the bet size, and ultimately chose to call.

There was no saving grace for Mizrachi, as the A♣ river rolled over, confirming Nakai as the first player to advance to the quarterfinal.
Michael Mizrachi raised to 19,000 on the button with 8♥4♥, and Ryuta Nakai called in the big blind with 4♣2♣.
Mizrachi continued for 27,000 on the 4♦9♠2♠ flop, which Nakai check-called. The action then checked through on the 5♥ turn.
Nakai took over the betting lead on the 6♣ river, to the tune of 80,000, and Mizrachi quickly folded.
Biao Ding raised to 24,000 on the button, and faced a three-bet to 84,000 by Daniel Negreanu. Ding responded with a four-bet to 222,000, and Negreanu called.
The 2♠Q♠10♦ saw Negreanu continue with a check-call approach, matching Ding's continuation-bet of 109,000.
The 7♣ turn saw Negreanu check for a second time, again calling when Ding barrelled for 220,000.
Negreanu checked for a third time on the 8♥ river, and this time Ding checked back.
Ding had A♣K♥, which was no good versus the A♥Q♥ of Negreanu.
