Michal Schuh: 22All in
Yanting Jiang: AK

Schuh stayed ahead on the K23 flop, and improved to the set. With no one holding diamonds, he still had hope of the double, but that faded as the K was turned.

Yanting Jiang
Yanting Jiang

Yanting Jiang opened to 200,000 on the button before Punnat Punsri defended his big blind.

Punsri checked the K28 flop, which led to a continuation bet of 125,000 from Jiang. Punsri responded with a check-raise to 375,000. Jiang stuck around with a call.

The 9 turn slowed down Punsri as he checked. Jiang put out a wager of 700,000, and Punsri called.

Punsri checked it again on the A river. Jiang put out a large bet of 1,200,000, which sent Punsri into the tank. He took off his mask as he tried to sort out what Jiang was up to. Punsri decided on a call after some deliberation.

Jiang showed A7 for a flush draw that hit the ace on the river. It was good as Punsri mucked his hand as Jiang took in a large pot.

Jagroo Taken Out by Gierse

Level 27 : Blinds 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante
Michael Jagroo 'Dion'
Michael Jagroo 'Dion'

Michael Jagroo went all-in on the button for 1,150,000 before he was called by Marius Gierse in the big blind to be at risk for his tournament life.

Michael Jagroo: A9All in
Marius Gierse: AQ

Gierse had his opponent in a tough spot as Jagroo was well behind the better ace of Gierse.

The 63K flop was of no use to Jagroo, who still needed to find a nine or running hearts to save the day.

Gierse maintained his lead on the 7 turn.

The Q was the final card Jagroo would see in the tournament as Gierse eliminated him from contention.
