Bingo

Level 18 : 3,000/6,000, 500 ante

A player in late position opened the action to 15,000. Jeffrey Guss was on the button and moved all in for 92,000. The big blind then also moved all in for 115,000. The original raiser thought for quite a while but eventually folded leaving Guss at risk.

Jeffrey Guss: {a-Hearts}{8-Hearts}
Opponent: {a-Diamonds}{k-Hearts}

The flop was {7-Hearts}{3-Spades}{10-Hearts} and Guss flopped the flush draw. The turn was the {j-Hearts} completing the flush and clinching the pot for him. The river was the {j-Spades} and Guss immediately said, "I'm running hot, stay outta my way." He then let us know that his nickname is, "Bingo." and proceeded to rake in his newly won chips.

Matt Berkey

Matt Berkey opened the action and picked up and early position caller and the big blind.

The flop was {10-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds} and Berkey continuation bet for 16,000 and the early position player stuck around.

The turn card was the {10-Diamonds} and a check from Berkey saw his opponent bet 25,000. Berkey responded by betting a stack of chips enough to put his opponent all in. He gave it some deep thought but let Berkey have the pot.

Another pot added to Berkey’s stack as he clims to over a million chips.

Pierre Neuville

Pierre Neuville has just been eliminated from the tournament and the player who had been sat to his left gave a brief recap of how it went down.

Neuville defended his big blind from an early position raise holding {q-}{5-}.

The chips went in the middle on a queen high flop but his opponent held {k-}{q-} to end the WSOP 2017 for the formidable Belgian.

Tardif Wins One for the Internet Kids

Level 19 : 4,000/8,000, 1,000 ante

James Calderaro raised to 20,000 from the cutoff and Patrick Tardif moved all in for his remaining 80,000 or so. Calderaro mucked his hand with a bit of a giggle and Tardif said, "Let me show you guys the bluff," and flipped over {a-}{q-}.

Tardif is from the great white north and we have been joking with him as we haven't been able to catch one hand of his with action, so here it is folks, Patrick Tardif takes it down from the newly crowned WSOP bracelet winner.
