Kapoor Wins Two Big Hands; Eliminates Bouskila

Level 10 : 600/1,200, 200 ante

In the first hand, Akshay Kapoor raised to 2,800 from early position before the player in the blinds re-raised to 6,500. He called.

The flop came {a-}{10-}{5-} and Kapoor's opponent bet 6,000. He called.

The turn fell the {a-} and this time Kapoor was met with a check. He bet 6,000. His opponent called.

Another {a-} fell on the river and Kapoor fired out 15,000 after his opponent checked. He was called before tabling {a-}{j-} for quad aces. Kapoor's opponent claimed he had pocket kings as he mucked his hand.

Michel Bouskila's last hand saw him move all in for 22,000 after Kapoor opened with a bet of 2,200. Kapoor called and the cards were shown.

Akshay Kapoor: {a-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds}
Michel Bouskila: {j-}{j-}

The flop came {5-}{6-}{10-} with two diamonds giving Kapoor a flush draw but the {k-} on the turn was all he needed to take the lead. The {2-} didn't help Bouskila on the river and he was eliminated as Kapoor rocketed up the leaderboard.

Franke Takes From Bouskila

Level 10 : 600/1,200, 200 ante

On a flop of {k-}{j-}{7-} with two clubs, Michel Bouskila bet out 3,000. Scott Franke then raised to 12,000 before Bouskila moved all in. Franke called putting himself at risk.

Scott Franke: {k-}{j-}
Bouskila: {q-Clubs}{10-Clubs}

Franke had flopped top two pair and was up against Bouskila who was drawing with an up-and-down straight and flush draw.

Nothing would change as the board bricked out giving Franke the win. Bouskila was left with just 10,000 which he was able to triple up a few hands later.

Wong Flushes Jarvin

Level 9 : 500/1,000, 100 ante

On a flop of {9-Spades}{a-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds} the player in the small blind checked before Seve Jarvin bet 4,000 from the big blind. Kwun Wong called from the hijack. The small blind folded.

The turn brought the {8-Diamonds} and Jarvin bet 8,000. Wong raised to 13,500. Jarvin called.

The {5-Diamonds} completed the board and Jarvin checked. Wong reached for his chips and bet out 14,500. Jarvin went into the tank for several minutes before Wong called 'time'.

Jarvin only took a few seconds to call, but mucked his hand, as soon as Wong confidently tabled {k-Hearts}{q-Diamonds} for the nut-flush

Cunningham the King

Level 9 : 500/1,000, 100 ante

Kelly Cunningham watched as the player to his right put out a bet. He called from middle position before the player on the button raised to 8,000. The original raiser folded before Cunningham bumped it up to 20,000. The button called.

The flop came {10-}{q-}{2-} and Cunningham moved all in for 35,000. His opponent snap-called having Cunningham covered.

Kelly Cunningham: {k-}{k-}
Opponent: {q-}{q-}

Cunningham was in trouble against his opponent who had out-flopped him making a set of queens. The turn didn't help but the {k-} on the river was enough for him to take the lead and get awarded the pot.
