Saliba Skyrockets Into the Lead

Level 8 : 300/600, 0 ante
Vivian Saliba
Vivian Saliba

Fahredin Mustafov entered the poker arena with a new ticket in the hand and his former seat was empty. John Racener confirmed that he had busted with the nut full house against the quads of Vivian Saliba, who indeed had a monster stack as a result.

Martin Kabrhel entered not long ago and busted with {A-Spades}{K-Clubs}{J-Spades}{10-Clubs} against the {Q-Hearts}{Q-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}{5-Diamonds} of Felipe Ramos, another player was in the showdown as well with {8-}{7-}{6-}{5-} to see Ramos triple up.

Last but not least, Marek Blasko folded to a push by Jan-Peter Jachtmann on the {9-Spades}{6-Clubs}{2-Diamonds} flop and sent his remaining few chips over to Chris Ferguson soon after.

Frank Busts

Level 8 : 300/600, 0 ante

The last hour hasn't gone as well for Martin Frank and the Swiss was just spotted all in with a short-stack on a heads-up flop of {K-Spades}{5-Clubs}{2-Diamonds} with the {9-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}{7-Clubs}{6-Hearts} only after having committed most of his stack preflop already. Frank received a quick call by his table neighbor on the button with {A-Spades}{A-Clubs}{Q-Diamonds}{2-Spades} and was drawing dead as soon as the {2-Hearts} hit on the turn.

Triple Up for Israelashvili

Level 8 : 300/600, 0 ante

Roland Israelashvili re-entered not long ago and the first big pot he was involved in would result in a triple up.

On the flop of {K-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}{8-Spades} the stacks of Israelashvili, Roberto Romanello and Ethem Tosun went in to create the following showdown:

Roland Israelashvili: {A-Diamonds}{J-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}{2-Spades}
Roberto Romanello: {9-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}{7-Hearts}{6-Spades}
Ethem Tosun: {K-Clubs}{10-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{6-Clubs}

The {7-Spades} turn and {Q-Hearts} river completed the board and Israelashvili missed out on the diamonds only to spike the nut straight, while both opponents chopped the side pot with the same inferior straight.

Level 8 : 300/600, 0 ante
Barny Boatman

There were already 15,000 in the middle and the flop showed {8-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}. Robert Wirth moved all in for his last 6,525 from the small blind and Joseph Di Rosa Rojas called in the hijack. Barny Boatman moved all in from the button for more than Wirth and Di Rosa Rojas called.

Robert Wirth: {A-Diamonds}{A-Hearts}{K-Hearts}{K-Clubs}
Barny Boatman: {6-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}{5-Clubs}{3-Spades}
Joseph Di Rosa Rojas: {K-Diamonds}{K-Spades}{9-Clubs}{5-Spades}

"I am loving my hand right now," the defending champion Boatman said and locked up the big pot with the {2-Clubs} turn, making the {4-Diamonds} river a formality. Boatman sent Wirth to the rail and doubled through Di Roja Rosas for 8,300.

Oskar Wolski raised to 1,300 first to act and Tal Shemon Cohen three-bet to 4,600 from one seat over, which Wolski called. On the {7-Hearts}{7-Spades}{5-Spades} flop, Wolski check-raised all in and Cohen called after having invested another 8,500 until that point already.

Oskar Wolski: {J-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}

"Now I get to Play In Position"

Level 7 : 250/500, 0 ante

Brandon Cantu was eliminated after getting it in with the third nuts against the nuts of one opponent, while Mike Leah folded the second nuts. Cantu returned to the very same table and took a seat between his nemesis of the previous hand and Leah, joking "now I get to play in position."

Roberto Romanello busted and got the exact same seat one table over again and the same also applied for Chris Ferguson.

Mustafov Shows a Set

Level 7 : 250/500, 0 ante
Fahredin Mustafov

Mike Leah limped in from the cutoff and called a raise to 2,350 by the button before both players checked down the {J-Spades}{4-Clubs}{3-Diamonds} flop and thge {8-Spades} turn. Leah check-folded the {2-Hearts} river and flashed {10-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{7-Spades} to see his opponent offer to pick two of the four cards. Leah took the opportunity with a smile on the face and flashed the {A-Clubs}{7-Clubs}.

Fahredin Mustafov played the same game over on another table when checking a flop of {8-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}{2-Clubs} out of the big blind. John Racener bet 1,500 and Mustafov check-raised to 6,750. Racener folded and Mustafov first flashed the {9-Diamonds}{9-Spades} followed by {2-Hearts}{2-Spades} for a set of deuces.
