Aneris Adomkevicius opened with a raise to 4,500 and received two callers. From the small blind, Gert-Jan Kars shoved 23,000, which got rid of both Adomkevicius and the first caller. The initial caller on the button called off the extra chips to put Kars at risk.

A little sweat for Kars on but his hand remained best.
Sascha Ranzinger raised to 4,500 in late position and a player shoved around 15,000 from the small blind. The big blind reshoved for 60,000, which gave Ranzinger some serious pause. After mulling over his decision for the better part of two minutes, Ranzinger picked up a stack of chips and called off most of his stack.

The flop gave the big blind the lead, but the on the turn swung it to Ranzinger. The on the river sealed it for the German, who stacked up to 155,000 after the hand.
Michal Cep raised to 3,500 from under the gun and Marek Bartoszewicz called in late position. Cep checked the flop to Bartoszewicz, who bet 3,500. Cep then check-raised all in for 17,000 and after some contemplation, Bartoszewicz let it go.
Wouter van der Peijl, who sported one of the bigger stacks in the room not long ago, has been spotted on the rail. "Ace-king against kings," the Dutchman said with a solemn look on his face. Van der Peijl had four-bet shoved for 43,000, received a call, and didn't improve his hand to end his COLOSSUS dreams.
