Phil Ivey has entered the event for a third time and Marek Blasko signed up for the first bullet to boost the field to 29 entries.

In one of the first hands of the day, short-stacked Tobias Leknes wound up with all of his chips in the middle against Johannes Becker. All seven cards were tabled from both players and Leknes rolled over a monster after being all in for around 180,000.
