Peper Wisely Checks It Back

Three players went to a flop of {q-Clubs}{7-Spades}{5-Diamonds} with a little over 2,000 in the middle. The action checked to Christoph Peper in the hijack who bet 1,500. The small blind folded and Panagiotis Kouloukakos called from the big blind.

The {7-Clubs} paired the board on the turn and Kouloukakos check-called another bet of 2,500 from Peper. The {5-Clubs} completed the board and Kouloukakos checked it again. Peper thought for a moment and then checked it back. Kouloukakos turned over {7-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds} for trip sevens and Peper mucked.

Flush Over Straight for Blaschke

Level 3 : 100/200, 200 ante

The flop was reading {a-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}{4-Hearts} and Ioan Guramulta bet 2,500 from the button. Manuel Blaschke from the small blind and Igor Tsymbal from middle position called.

The {5-Hearts} came on the turn and and all three players checked.

The {3-Hearts} completed the board on the river and Blaschke led for 6,500 with Guramulta calling quickly. Blaschke opened {a-Hearts}{j-Hearts} for the nut flush while Guramulta showed {a-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds} for a straight, before giving the pot to his opponent.

Kaldaron Flushes Out on the River

Yaniv Kaldaron raised to 200 in the hijack and was called by Tamir Segal on the button. Omar Azar re-raised to 800 in the big blind and both Kaldaron and Segal called. The flop came {10-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}{6-Clubs} and Azar led out for 700. Kaldaron and Segal both called again.

The turn was the {j-Clubs} and Azar fired out another bet of 1,500. Kaldaron still called and Segal stepped aside. The {7-Clubs} landed on the river and Azar checked this time. Kaldaron splashed in a bet of 3,000 and Azar looked him up. Kaldaron flipped over {a-Clubs}{7-Spades} for a flush and Azar mucked.

Socolan Doubles Through Joergensen

There was a raise to 200 and Jan Joergensen made it 400 in the cutoff. Alexei Socolan four-bet to 3,400 in the small blind and the action folded back to Joergensen who shipped all in. Socolan quickly called off his stack of 10,600 and the cards were face up.

The flop of {8-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds} provided no help to Joergensen who was looking for an ace. The {4-Hearts} paired the board on the turn and the {k-Clubs} completed the board to give Socolan a double up.

Queens Full for Lundager

Soeren Lundager was in a hand against Naor Cohen and the board was reading {q-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}{4-Clubs}{k-Spades}{4-Spades}.

Lundager bet 6,500 and Cohen called after a couple of seconds, but mucked when Lundager opened {q-Spades}{q-Clubs} with a rivered full house.

Zijthof Doubles Up Early

Remco Verbakel opened to 200 in early position and was called by Maria Zijthof on the button. Philippe Culot three-bet to 900 in the small blind and both Verbakel and Zijthof called. The flop fell {j-Clubs}{7-Spades}{3-Diamonds} and Culot started with a check. Verbakel bet 1,500, Zijthof called and Culot check-raised to 3,500. Verbakel folded but Zijthof still called.

The turn was the {a-Clubs} and Culot flicked in a bet of 5,000. Zijthof called and the {8-Clubs} landed on the river. Culot bet 10,000 this time and Zijthof moved all in for 13,200 which Culot called. Zijthof tabled {k-Clubs}{7-Clubs} for the nut flush while Culot held {a-Spades}{a-Hearts} for a set of aces.
